In an increasingly disconnected and disembodied world, Sasha’s mission is to guide you back into the innate wisdom of your body and to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
Rooted in the belief that we can only meet one another as deeply as we have met ourselves, Sasha’s teaching across Yoga, Pilates, Barre and meditative practices creates space for intuitive movement, self-expression, somatic release and tender reconnection.
Movement has always been both sanctuary and creative expression for Sasha. Over the past eight years, she has taught internationally in studios, on retreats, in luxury resorts, and at global brand events including Longchamp and Whoop. She is the founder of Sasha Alex Studio, an online movement and wellness platform now in its fifth year.

We will be staying in beautifully renovated farmhouses set in the rolling hills of Arrezzo, Tuscany. All of the interiors have a rustic, bohemian charm and we have a variety of double and king shared and private rooms, ideal for a deep night’s sleep in the peaceful countryside.
