Retreat to the rolling hills of Tuscany for a transformative and nourishing experience for mind, body and soul.

Join us for 5 nights and 6 days of creative movement, stunning nature, nourishing food and captivating workshops.

Immerse yourself in the Tuscan wilderness with morning and evening Pilates and Yoga overlooking a breathtaking panorama, hikes through the hills, swimming in natural springs and fresh, homegrown produce. Retreat each night to your peaceful bohemian room for a deep sleep.

Connect with likeminded souls, refresh your spirit and form lifelong memories in stunning surroundings.

There is space for up to 15-18 guests across a variety of shared and private rooms.

SASHA ALEX MORGAN - pilates, vinyasa, yin, mobility, meditation

​​In an increasingly disconnected and disembodied world, Sasha’s mission is to guide you back into the innate wisdom of your body and to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.

Rooted in the belief that we can only meet one another as deeply as we have met ourselves, Sasha’s teaching across Yoga, Pilates, Barre and meditative practices creates space for intuitive movement, self-expression, somatic release and tender reconnection.

Movement has always been both sanctuary and creative expression for Sasha. Over the past eight years, she has taught internationally in studios, on retreats, in luxury resorts, and at global brand events including Longchamp and Whoop. She is the founder of Sasha Alex Studio, an online movement and wellness platform now in its fifth year.

Pricing and room options

We will be staying in beautifully renovated farmhouses set in the rolling hills of Arrezzo, Tuscany. All of the interiors have a rustic, bohemian charm and we have a variety of double and king shared and private rooms, ideal for a deep night’s sleep in the peaceful countryside.

Sasha Alex Studio is a soulful movement community created by Sasha Alex Morgan, blending Pilates, Yoga, meditation, and embodiment practices. Through the transformational retreats, inspiring events, the online studio and app SA Studio supports you to build strength and flexibility, but also to return home to your most embodied self.
