In an increasingly disconnected and disembodied world, Sasha’s mission is to guide you back into the innate wisdom of your body and to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
Rooted in the belief that we can only meet one another as deeply as we have met ourselves, Sasha’s teaching across Yoga, Pilates, Barre and meditative practices creates space for intuitive movement, self-expression, somatic release and tender reconnection.
Movement has always been both sanctuary and creative expression for Sasha. Over the past eight years, she has taught internationally in studios, on retreats, in luxury resorts, and at global brand events including Longchamp and Whoop. She is the founder of Sasha Alex Studio, an online movement and wellness platform now in its fifth year.

Our beautiful villa is nestled on the stunning and secluded island of Kea, Greece, just a short ferry from Athens.
We recommend flying into Athens International Airport, followed by a 30 minute taxi ride to Lavrio Port. From there, you can enjoy a scenic one-hour ferry ride to Kea.
We’ll keep you updated on other guests’ travel schedules so you can coordinate taxi rides or travel together if you’d like. We can also provide recommendations for ferry booking options.
Upon your arrival at Kea Port, we will arrange a group transfer to the villa for those arriving around the same time. If your arrival times differ, we can assist in organising a separate transfer to the villa. Please note that transfers are not included in the retreat cost and will be an additional expense.
Since our guests come from all over the world, feel free to reach out after booking, and we’ll gladly share recommended flight and transfer times to make your journey as smooth as possible.
We will be staying in a luxury, newly renovated villa featuring breathtaking ocean views throughout. We have a variety of private and shared double and twin rooms, ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep next to the ocean.
